    This is a simple plastic physical / non-heated dew shield that fits an
    Orion
    9 x50 raci finder scope by a friction fit.
    Lightweight, will not impact scope balance.
    This will likely fit other brands of 9 x 50 dew shields like
    Skywatcher,
    as many are made by the same manufacturer.
    Put your tape measure
    across
    the top of the dew shield opening and if it measure 2 1/4 inch, then it will likely fit.
    When I observe I leave the cap on the eyepiece end and use this dew shield on the objective end.
    Remove the EP cap to view and replace it. Use of the cap together with this dew shield will keep the
    9 x 50 dew free for a much much longer time that without using any dew protection.
    This is an essential accessory for fall and winter and high humidity environments where dew is a problem.
